Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

 

Returning an online order

Send an email to info@carolynsboutique.com.au with your order number for your return to be approved.

Once approved please return with a copy of your invoice/order confirmation by post to:

Carolyn's Boutique, 107 Main Street, Pakenham VIC 3810

If you choose to exchange the item you are responsible for postage of the replacement item. A replacement item cannot be sent until the originally purchased item has been returned and received back in-store. We will happily hold your replacement until we receive your return.

 

Full priced items

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund, however, if your item was full priced and is returned within 14 days you are welcome to an exchange or store credit.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date a return is processed.

Any returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached.

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.

All returns:

  • must be in the original condition they were purchased in
  • must not have been worn
  • still have the original tags attached
  • need to include the online order, in-store receipt or proof of purchase

 

Non-returnable items

We do not provide exchanges or store credit for:

  • any items that were purchased on sale / clearance
  • earrings
  • gift cards / vouchers

 

Faulty / Damaged items

If you purchase an item that you believe is damaged or faulty you will need to send a request via email to info@carolynsboutique.com.au including a picture of the fault/damage along with your order number.

Items will need to be returned before we can provide you with a replacement product, refund or store credit (minus any shipping and handling fees).

If it is deemed the fault was not a manufacturing defect the item will be returned to you.

Any refunds will be processed using the original form of payment (minus any shipping or handling fees).  

 

Shipping

You are responsible for all associated shipping expenses.

Any refunds will be minus any shipping and handling costs.

A refund, exchange or store credit will not be processed until the original item has been received.
